having me today absolutely if you don’t mind can we start with i know you’ve got a lot to share

so maybe we start with your background and what do you do like let’s start with what you do now

i think that’s probably a good starting point and then we’ll talk a bit about where how you

got to this deck and then we’ll go for from there okay sure so basically i’m a single mom

i’ve got two young kids one’s five one’s ten um i so what i do is i do live coaching and healing
01:24
um i do different healing modalities on people so from reiki healing to chakra energy healing to
01:31
all sorts of different healing modalities i’m also studying fetal healing different different healing
01:38
modalities i do oracle and angel card readings as well which is intuitive guided messages
01:46
from angels spirit guides animal spirits etc and i’m a certified life coach i’ve been studying
01:54
for over a decade about all the different healing modalities and motivational speaking life coaching

it’s been something embedded in me since i was very young i’ve always been very motivated and

inspired to inspire others and i’ve always loved love loved empowering other people and
02:15
you know changing their mindset and um you know getting them closer to their highest self it’s
02:20
something i’ve been very passionate about um and i’ve been doing for almost yeah almost a
02:26
decade now that’s really it’s really interesting sometimes you hear but people fall transition to
02:31
life coaching because they’ve had an event that’s happened in their life or something but this is
02:36
something that’s kind of being like your passion from a really young age so yes it’s been a passion
02:41
of mine since i was quite young um since i was in my teenage years but not only that also throughout
02:48
my life i’ve been through quite a bit for for my age i’ve been through a lot from a young age
02:53
and i’ve always remained very positive and my parents were very supportive of me and generally

speaking i’ve always been very very positive and self-motivated and and i’ve always you know and
03:08
i’ve always felt since i was young that i was a light worker that i was meant to come here to
03:15
change and alter people’s minds and help them become happier help them get to their purposes
03:21
we’re not just here to work make money eat sleep and repeat we’re here to achieve a purpose which
03:27
is why we were born on a certain day and we have a certain name so i feel that my calling is here to
03:32
help people get closer to their purpose find their calling and help them get through life’s obstacles
03:38
and i think going through my own obstacles throughout my life has really inspired me to
03:44
to reach out to people and let them know that your mind state is everything it’s so powerful
03:49
and it’s it’s much more powerful than circumstance your mind state can make you overcome circumstance
03:56
and your mind state can make you elevate your mind to a certain place whereby circumstance is

no longer an issue and you can literally get any you have access to anything everything you want

in life if you just control your mind and that’s a really strong thought in itself right that your
04:14
own mindset can have such a big impact on how you respond and and how you deal with the situation
04:22
right absolutely absolutely um your mindset is so powerful and um i mean i’ve been through different
04:30
things in my life where sometimes you know it’s normal to feel down and very depressed and
04:34
you know you feel sad and you know what these are not emotions to fear or to shun away
04:41
i think when you feel these things let them sit with you for a bit embrace them acknowledge them
04:46
for what they are but don’t let them still for too long after that you have to really take over
04:51
your mind and you know completely get yourself to vibrate high because you can only achieve
04:57
things in life and get to where you need to get if you’re vibrating high if you’re not vibrating high

you will not get to destinations fast enough you will not get to where you need to get to
05:08
not only fast enough but you just will not get to where you need to get so it’s really really
05:13
important to um to to continuously vibrate high as much as possible as emotions come and go let
05:20
them sit with you but keep doing the work to allow yourself to vibrate high in order to get
05:27
through your days in order to get through your goals in order to reach to the destination and
05:32
the end target that you’re trying to get to and when you say the word vibrate high do you mean
05:38
um is that a feeling is that a mindset right so vibrating high is a mindset it’s an energy
05:46
we all vibrate at different frequencies throughout the day it’s like listening to music
05:51
certain music will get you feeling sad romantic emotional um destructive seductive
05:57
you know whatever it may be so that’s because different music vibrates at different frequencies

sometimes you’ll sit with someone you haven’t met you’ve literally walked into a room
06:07
you get really off vibes and you’re like oh my god i don’t feel comfortable in this room with
06:12
this person that’s because their frequency is really low whereas sometimes you go into
06:16
room there’s nobody in there but you get really bad vibes off the room again frequency is low
06:22
um and sometimes you’ll see someone’s photo and you’ll feel just from the photo or some a caption
06:28
you know what i really like this person’s energy because that person’s vibrating on a higher you
06:33
know on a on a normal to high frequency so people vibrate at different intervals and
06:39
we’re all made of energy now vibrating high means to keep yourself mindfully elevated and there’s
06:46
different ways of going about it so um from my learnings and um from my teachings where i’ve
06:52
come and from you know different uh courses and teachings i’ve been to i’ve learned that one of
06:59
the most there’s a few different elements that i highly recommend people um or things that i highly
07:04
recommend people to do and especially first thing in the morning because as soon as you wake up
07:11
you need to put yourself at a frequency um that is elevated to get by your day at the most productive
07:18
possible and in order to do that it starts with a few different things such as meditation
07:24
yoga we’ve got a certain chance mantras affirmations so i’m going to go by each
07:30
one one by one but these are different techniques that um from experience these are things that a
07:37
lot of people may feel yeah but does it really make a difference or people may feel yeah well
07:43
i can only do one of them every morning i don’t have time for the rest at the end of the day if
07:47
you combine if you just take a little bit of time wake up a bit earlier and combine these things
07:52
and do them at least for you know wake up for at least an hour before your day starts and do
07:59
these things people will see a tremendous drastic change in their day the quality of their day the
08:06
quality of the conversations they’re having the input they’re putting towards their work the way
08:12
that they’re present in a conversation or in the moment or in an activity the way they’re immersed
08:18
with their children everything in them changes because they’re vibrating higher you become closer
08:24
to your highest self when you vibrate higher every single day and it’s a constant effort
08:29
you can’t just be happy constantly 24 7. it’s not realistic it’s constant effort so even if someone
08:35
puts you down or there’s a negative conversation that you may have had you have to kind of go back
08:40
and do the work to put back yourself to vibrate high you know human beings are so sensitive so
08:45
it’s a constant effort so i highly recommend every morning um you know people can go on
08:51
everyone can go on a youtube channel very simple and just put some some guided meditations
08:57
so you can put guided meditation for anxiety for happiness for positivity for stress for sadness

for trauma you choose what it is that you want i highly recommend a guided meditation especially
09:08
for beginners um and i still do guided meditations and um you know 15 20 minutes 10 minutes is enough

and maybe put some essential oils on your wrist on your pulsating point on your nose in here
09:24
and maybe burn some sage which helps clear toxic energy or a scented a candle or a
09:30
scented stick definitely don’t don’t meditate around the kids either meditate with your kids
09:35
or close the door and have those 10 minutes to yourself and um and the meditation allows you
09:42
to be present center yourself relieves anxiety stress trauma sadness it really elevates you
09:49
and the second thing that i like to do every morning right after meditation
09:53
is i keep a journal next to my bed and i put five things that i’m really grateful for and it could
09:59
be repeat of yesterday a repeat of last week it doesn’t matter but five things i’m grateful for

my cat food on the table my hair you know whatever it is it doesn’t matter and then
10:11
um and then you put ten things you really love about yourself it could be anything as shallow as
10:16
trivial as deep as you want it to be and then um a list of things goals that you have for the day
10:23
realistic goals of things you want to do and cross them out as the day goes along
10:27
so what that what that does is that creates room for abundance when you appreciate yourself and and

you’re grateful for what you have you’re allowing more abundance to come into your life you’re
10:37
opening more doors for yourself secondly when you write list of things you love about yourself
10:43
every day this creates a space for self-love for cultivating self-love and self-love is crucial to
10:49
becoming more inspired more motivated throughout your day becoming closer to your highest self
10:53
getting closer to your calling and just being a happy person that’s at peace and then the third
10:58
this the third thing that i like to do after i do the meditation and the journaling is i like to do
11:04
10 to 15 minutes of yoga i really like sarah beth yoga that’s s-a-r-a-h-b-e-t-h yoga on youtube you
11:13
can choose any anything anything else you want and i just look at my mood today if i feel like i want
11:18
to heal a bit of past trauma then i’ll do um yoga for trauma or if i want to do something for maybe
11:25
i feel a bit sad today or fearful or maybe i just want positive energy for you or maybe i want to
11:30
stretch whatever it is i just put yoga for that and you can choose if you want 15 20 30 minutes
11:37
um they have all sorts of timings there and then i do a bit of yoga so what does yoga do
11:42
it helps first of all it helps the blood flow in the body it helps the the heart rate be
11:50
centered and it helps you be present in the moment and it completely relaxes and detoxes the mind
11:57
and um just the the body in general so it’s um it’s it’s it’s honestly it’s fantastic yoga is
12:06
highly recommended and the fourth thing that i usually do is i sit down and i just take just
12:13
five or ten minutes not not more of um chanting now this i used to question back in the day
12:21
but actually what um chanting does is it it’s really good for the heart on a scientific level
12:27
and medical level it centers you it puts you in the present moment and there’s something about
12:33
opening your throat chakra to go um and you know constantly do that hundreds of times
12:40
that elevates your mood and it gives you some form like this buzz this time um
12:47
but it’s but what it does is it’s um it connects the mind the soul the spirit and the body
12:53
all together and it centers you um and it’s it’s excellent and it honestly by by the time you’re on
13:01
part four which is the um chanting just for five or ten minutes which you can also find on youtube
13:06
and follow them with that little background music you’ll feel so high you’re ready to start your day
13:13
and the last thing that i like to do in the morning and honestly you don’t have to do
13:18
too much of this it’s ten minutes of each the last thing i like to do is i do some dancing you can
13:23
either dance to your favorite song for five or ten minutes for five minutes or uh what i like to do
13:29
is i do some shamanic dancing um shamanic dancing is an ancient tribal dancing which is dancing of
13:35
the soul and the spirit my kids personally love it you put shamanic dancer shamanic drums on youtube
13:41
and it’s basically dancing for the soul so you don’t follow you know you don’t need to be
13:46
conscious of who’s watching you don’t need to be conscious of you know i need to be dancing to the
13:51
groove it’s more dance according to your spirit to your soul so if you feel like crawling like
13:55
an animal you want to lay down on the floor for a bit you want to suddenly do yoga poses
13:59
you want to just you close your eyes and you’re going into this trance and you let your soul be
14:04
set free and this is this is excellent it’s kind of an out of body experience but it allows the
14:10
soul and the and the physical body to be more connected and elevated so by the time you’re
14:15
done with with this you’re literally vibrating high and you’re totally ready to start your day
14:20
and i recommend to kind of do this some of these things with your kids and some things on your own
14:25
or at least dedicate that hour to yourself so that would all together take approximately an hour
14:32
and yeah you say this is something you would have to do every day to see benefits or do you think
14:37
if you did it sort of three or four times a day then you’d still see some benefit from doing it
14:41
i would say i would say once a day’s enough just because
14:47
yeah um i i honestly for me if i don’t do it every day i feel out of sync sometimes i find myself
14:55
reacting to things less calmly than i would had i done that sometimes i found myself not as present
15:03
in the moment as if i had done this sometimes i find myself you know getting worried or anxious
15:10
about certain finances or this or that but when i do this routine i find myself very grounded
15:17
very positive very motivated very very um what’s the word very confident in in the end result for
15:28
the day and you know it just creates a level of confidence of high self-esteem of um self-belief
15:36
and peace inner peace and tremendous happiness and being present in the moment so the quality
15:44
of your whole day and interactions is far far far better so i really i think people should
15:49
stick to doing it once a day honestly um you’ll see a huge difference just from the first day
15:54
and if you’re like say i’m a complete beginner i haven’t done any of these things before in the
16:01
past i’ve not even tried any of them would you say that just take the plunge and do all of them
16:08
and just let it just out run through the week and then just see how like you will adapt or would you
16:14
say take one or two things initially and then add the others on top i think it depends on the person
16:20
how ready someone is um some people like myself initially would be um you know they some people
16:27
would want to plunge and say you know what let me just try this if it’s good for me i want to do
16:31
it all and some people will will be like you know what this is a bit too much for me let me just do
16:35
one thing at a time so i would recommend at least do meditation and yoga um just 15 minutes of each
16:42
every day for the first week and then maybe the second week incorporate um chanting um no i would
16:49
say definitely journal so uh meditation journaling and yoga at least do those stick to those
16:56
because you know that’s universal and then maybe the second week incorporate the um or the third
17:01
week incorporate um chanting and the shamanic dancing and if the shamanic dancing is a bit
17:07
uh too far fetched you can just put dancing to any song you like you know and then when
17:12
you’re ready you can say okay let me explore more about what the shamanic dancing is about
17:16
and google is a great resource of information so you can one can really just go on there and
17:23
literally find so much information um as to you know to research and delve more into these
17:29
topics and why they’re really ultimately beneficial once you control this your mind
17:36
and um and you do these practices every day it’s going to have an effect on your subconscious
17:42
mind which is more important than your conscious mind and once your subconscious mind is altered
17:47
your whole life is going to be altered and one one other thing that i do before i sleep and
17:53
when you’re ready you can do this is you can go on youtube and put sleep hypnosis for healing
17:59
trauma or healing anxiety or for positivity or for abundance or for attracting more money
18:04
or whatever it is and um what it does is even if you’re sleeping during these sleeping meditations
18:10
it doesn’t matter because the words and everything is hitting into your subconscious so you’re going
18:15
to get the benefits the next day and i’ve done i’ve done those and every time i’ve done
18:20
those when i’ve slept the next day i feel much better so that’s another thing i also recommend
18:26
whenever anyone’s ready i think the hypnosis the sleep hypnosis probably would help for you to
18:32
fall asleep as well right because hypnosis is very similar to like a little bit of meditation
18:38
but get your deep level right absolutely um sleep hypnosis helps you to go to sleep to relax to have
18:46
a peace of mind and um and it’s going to affect your super subconscious and the thing is the more
18:53
people start really reading more about the power of their mind and their subconscious mind and
18:59
really coming to understand that it’s like a whole being on its own and how it’s so important to take
19:04
control of that is the more um people are going to find more abundance in every aspect of their life
19:10
so you know just the other day um i had a certain issue and i really wanted it to be resolved
19:17
and i had a lot of doubt and fear about the outcome but here’s the problem with doubt and fear
19:22
you see doubt and fear are low vibration energies and doubt and fear can attract the opposite of
19:29
what you want so by having doubt and fear about money or this or that you’re creating a negative
19:34
a relationship with money you’re creating a negative relationship with the situation
19:38
so you’re not going to have the desired results you want because you’re attracting
19:42
the negative and fear and what comes with it the negative outcome whatever that may be so
19:48
what i did and knowing this and i’ve become more conscious of this because sometimes i
19:53
lose consciousness of this i’ve told myself in that specific situation
19:58
you know what um no the result will be this nope i know it you know i’m in charge of my life nobody
20:04
takes charge of my life it’s me this is gonna be the result i want that’s what i’m gonna get but
20:09
you know and i put that into my mind i went into my meeting i did what i had to do and i’m getting
20:14
literally the result that i want now you know i’m not saying this is gonna work uh one million
20:19
percent of the time but i will tell you that 99 of the time if you exhibit um fear and worry and
20:27
anxiety in situations and you really with full heart and intent combat that complete completely
20:34
and take control over your mind and doing all these morning rituals and symphonies helps to
20:39
make your mind stronger once you take control over your mind and and be in a peaceful state
20:44
and take full charge you’re going to find that you have the control of the outcome that you want you
20:51
you have the end result you know and um you can get pretty much anything you want in this life
20:59
if you just learn to control your mind you know it so for example you may you may really need to make
21:05
x amount of money by x amount of time um and and you you know you’re coming to this positive state
21:11
and you lost this job it doesn’t you know that was a blessing in disguise but you’re gonna make
21:17
the money in another way you just have to continue having that positive mindset and letting go of the
21:22
anxiety and that fear and again we go back to that morning routine and that sleep hypnosis at night
21:27
those two things are going to really help people be more in control of their minds and of course
21:33
add healthy eating and exercise and enough adequate sleep and you’ve got a cocktail for
21:40
vibrating high that’s incredible because i think it’s it’s also important to remember here that it
21:45
is great to have a really good positive mindset and of course that’s going to have a massive
21:49
impact and vibrating high is going to have a huge impact on the results that you see but that along
21:55
with like the hard work that you’ve done coming together is literally like an amazing cocktail

right and that’s where you absolutely felt absolutely absolutely and sometimes you know i
22:06
find myself like oh i just came out of a negative conversation um you know this and that and i see i
22:13
always the funny thing is now that i’ve adopted these routines into my life i can recover from
22:18
negative situations much much much easier whereas before i would sit for hours feeling
22:25
really devastated you know and sometimes maybe even want to grab a smoke but now it’s not like
22:32
that now i come out of situation i feel i feel pretty much at peace pretty okay and i’m just like
22:38
how is this even possible but honestly doing these routines that help center you make a huge change
22:43
and then if you find yourself not able to recenter yourself just go and meditate quickly 10 minutes
22:48
um go back and go do some another 10 minutes of um chanting maybe have a little dance then go back
22:54
and continue your day get yourself vibrating high constantly it’s really really important
23:00
and watch how your relationship with your husband changes with your boyfriend
23:04
with your children with your friends with your work with your boss with money you know and
23:10
money energy is a whole other topic but this is um it’s um it’s life transforming it really is
23:17
i can i i can truly imagine that it is because for me i i do a few of those things that you mentioned
23:22
but i don’t do all of those um one of the things that i’m really intrigued to try is one the slip
23:28
sleep hypnosis i’ll definitely try that tonight and i want to try the dancing because i mean i
23:35
do normal music and then me and my daughter have a little dance and she loves it honestly she she
23:42
absolutely loves it and i think it’ll be a great thing to do with your child absolutely um i’ve got
23:48
my i have my five-year-old and my ten-year-old son and they love um chanting they love it
23:55
like my son after like oh my god i feel so high i feel so good i feel so ready to start my day

and i’m just like yes son and my five-year-old likes yoga my ten-year-old doesn’t but they both
24:07
love the dancing and they really get into it you know you’ll be surprised young souls are so
24:12
in tune with their souls like young kids are so in tune more than adults so like my ten-year-old
24:19
gets into the shamanic dancing and he’s all for it you know and he didn’t he wasn’t even weirded
24:25
about it it’s almost like he understood it you know and um kids will really get into it because
24:31
the shamanic dance is the dance of the soul so we growing up we get this peer pressure we feel
24:36
a bit embarrassed like okay this kind of sounds weird i’m not used to this music this is strange
24:41
um is anybody watching no but kids they just get into it because it’s so normal to them
24:46
their soul just goes with it and they just slow like i find my son floating on the floor banging
24:52
the door and then he’s fluttering in the air and his soul just grooves to it and um that’s that’s
24:58
what it’s supposed to be it’s like the soul being replenished and rejuvenized to start your day so i
25:04
highly recommend people to kind of uh read about it and try it try it try it with your daughter
25:09
there’s shamanic drums and there’s shamanic dancing um there’s there’s different ones um you
25:17
know and it’s uh it’s awesome it’s gonna let out your inner wildness your inner animal your inner
25:23
soul you know you’re gonna feel like a spirit dancing as opposed to a person so i have how
25:30
important is it to do this like first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up as opposed to
25:36
maybe doing it a little bit later in the morning um well i’ve tried both i’ll be
25:41
very honest so sometimes i get caught up and i’ll do my meditation but then i don’t have the chance
25:46
to do my journaling or yoga before i continue and i end up doing a couple bits and bobs and go back
25:52
but the quality of my day isn’t the same like it’s i’m just not as centered or as calm or as peaceful
25:59
or as happy as if i did it first thing if i just kept that first hour to myself without my kids
26:05
and did all that and then went and made them breakfast and then had my own breakfast and
26:10
then started my day then um i i just find that i’m so much happier i’m ecstatic i feel like today is
26:18
my day i will seize this day i’m in full control it just gives you it requires you very different
26:25
and sometimes what i actually do is i go ahead and i just do the journaling meditation um the
26:30
meditation and journaling and yoga and then i’ll go have some breakfast and then i’ll come back
26:36
and do um the um chanting and the shamanic dancing after you can do that as well but at least get the
26:42
journaling meditation and yoga before breakfast at least get that done um out of the way and
26:48
you’ll see a phenomenal change at least do those things and maybe the um chanting and the shamanic
26:53
dancing a bit later in the morning is fine but um especially for people before going to the office
26:59
definitely don’t do it after office do it before it’s gonna it’s gonna change your day and you know

do it whilst you’re having your hot cup of water with lemon which i like to do every morning some
27:08
people do with apple cider whatever you do um i would do that before coffee because coffee is like
27:14
an adrenaline boost it’s not even really good for you just take something healthy like ginger tea or
27:20
green tea or hot water with lemon something like that first thing in the morning whilst
27:24
you’re doing these rituals it’s going to have a good effect on so some sometimes like it’s quite
27:30
i mean so for me i do some of these rituals some of the time and then it’s so easy to like fall off
27:37
and then you know and then you realize that it’s having an impact on the quality of your day and
27:41
then you start to pick them up again is that is it just that consistency you found that consistency
27:47
has helped you just sort of stay in the game yes i think one yeah i think when i personally have
27:54
seen the difference in the quality of my day when i personally have been a witness of the difference
28:00
that’s when i um when i personally have witnessed the difference my own self that’s when i realized
28:09
the importance of just sticking to this routine and i actually write a little schedule for myself
28:15
um and i stick it on my fridge of what it is that i need to do every day or i stick it next
28:21
to my bed what it is i need to do every single day before i start my day and what it is that i
28:26
need to have achieved by evening irregardless irrespective of whatever else is going on
28:31
so i think it’s just a matter of putting the extra bit of effort for um you know so it’s
28:38
it’s an it’s um it’s an act of self-love really yeah so if you you know you truly love yourself
28:45
you know you’ll do the things that is good for you it’s just like you know that doing your skincare
28:49
routine in the morning and evening is important um you know uh exercise is important eating healthy
28:56
is important it’s the same thing you just have to be consistent and be serious about it yeah i
29:01
think you’ve really inspired me to make sure it’s something i do daily and not yeah not every other
29:07
day or every day for a couple of weeks and then it kind of something comes up and then you don’t do
29:12
it for a couple of days but you really inspired me to sort of really keep on track of that and
29:16
journaling is another thing that i do occasionally rather than you know it being a daily thing so
29:23
another thing that that’s amazing that’s really good that you do that and so i’m really intrigued
29:28
to find out what actually inspires you what inspires you to motivate others to do this stuff
29:34
um what inspires me is you know sometimes there’s things in life that it just makes you really
29:39
happy and doesn’t feel like work and for me um inspiring people and making them feel better about
29:47
themselves and more positive and more uplifted and you know giving them that good energy that good
29:53
soul food just makes me feel really good i just i feel it just makes me feel amazing it’s it’s
29:59
something money cannot buy but it’s something you know it’s something that i make a living out of

but it’s something that it doesn’t feel like a job i just i’m inspired to help
30:11
others to help inspire others i don’t want to live um a life that’s just based on simple routine with
30:19
no real purpose to it and i want to be remembered when i pass i want to be remembered as someone
30:26
that was very positive and influential i want to know that i’ve helped a lot of people and i think
30:30
that’s what really inspires me i look up to all these great speakers and people that are really
30:37
selfless like tony robbins and gary vee and grant cardone and you’ve got endless people out there
30:43
so many people that even not as big as those names and they’re doing such a fantastic job and i think
30:50
um you know i think you know being so and those people have actually helped me on days where
30:57
i felt heartbroken you know relationships have ended with friends or lovers and i felt

heartbroken and what kept me going was going on these youtube videos and listening to these

uh inspirational people they made me love myself again you know and going to

life coaches and speaking to them and they made me they put me back in check and i just think um

you know being that person that voice for people that that soul food that soul medicine

is something beautiful because we as humans were such we’re so sensitive and sometimes we need um

a bit of a reminder an inspirational boost uh we need that motivation and i think that some

of us are gifted to do it or have the knowledge or expertise or just they’re passionate about it

you know you have chefs that are really passionate about cooking and they really know how to feed
31:51
people in a restaurant or someone that’s so good with diy home or whatever it may be and so this
31:56
is just something that really makes me happy and inspires me and i love seeing i love seeing the

look of people when they come to me versus after and they will they literally sometimes look like
32:08
they’ve as if i’ve done a facial on them because their face will look dark when they come like
32:14
bags under their eyes you know like so out of breath out of it and then by the time they leave

they’re glowing and they look so beautiful like not that they did it before but i mean to say

there’s this glow and um it’s beautiful and i love seeing that and you mentioned something

much earlier in our conversation about when you’re vibrating high sometimes like if you’re

around people that are vibrating low or you’re in a room which is vibrating though by you naturally

vibrating high do you think that would have an impact on your surroundings as well yes i

definitely think that um okay so when you meditate what i like to do every morning is i always uh

whilst i’m meditating i imagine a protective white light shield all over my body from head to toe

covering my entire body and i imagine like a gold and pink light

in two intervals covering my entire body as well and if you research it it has uh healing purities

when you imagine those lights what you’re actually doing is you’re covering your aura with healing

energy and you create a blockage from other people’s energies so we’re all made of energy

just by you imagining that you’ve created that so when you have a conversation with someone their

energies is kind of going to be bounced back and if they’re not going to be able to penetrate you

as much so i do that every morning irrespective of what religion you are it’s okay it’s still good to

do that it’s not against any religion it’s it’s energy at the end of the day um so i do that so

when i do go into a negative room or negative conversation are much more calm i’m much more

it’s like i’m wearing a jacket i’m not as cold do you know what i mean that’s literally what it is

but at the same time your energy it depends on how low someone’s vibrating

can change their energy you know and their energy suddenly vibrates higher

but it but when some people are really really low energy there’s nothing you can do they just

need help you know but um in a lot of situations in normal everyday today situations

that energy will have a positive effect it’s like you’re sending them light you know um you’re

sending light to the room you’re you’re suddenly having a healing energy once you continuously to
34:30
vibrate high that after a month you’re vibrating so high irrespective of anything negative that may
34:36
have happened but you keep doing that routine you’re suddenly going to become a beacon of
34:40
light and people are going to be a magnet to you and want to come closer to you and be you know
34:46
and you’re going to find yourself almost like the speaking of light so anything negative or toxic
34:52
you’re going to transform it little by little depending on how negative or toxic it is so yes

that’s such a positive and wonderful thought and i think it’s such a good place to end but imagine if

we all did this and we could all sort of vibe that tiny bit of positivity around as we’re going like

right this would be a much better place right much better place that’s why when you see even with

some of the rides going on and they’re putting like a bit of tupac music or where is the love

or you know they’re playing these songs and they’re all hugging and dancing um that’s that
35:28
that’s vibrating high that is vibrating high and i am sure and you can see the energy on those people

you can see it on the video that everybody’s just laughing and hugging and dancing and it’s just

that that’s exactly the meaning of being a beacon of light and just vibrating high um as opposed to
35:45
you know um other things um so definitely i would say uh you know vibrate high and send you know be

a be that kind of virus that happy virus that is contagious because it really is contagious and and

sometimes like even when it comes to the delivery man who comes to the door when i’m vibrating

high and i’m smiling even if he’s grumpy i find his energy changes hello mom you know you know

his energy suddenly boosts you know it’s even when you see people on the left you’re like hello and

then they’re suddenly like oh hello and like you know their their energy lifts up and it’s true

every time you smile at someone or you do any of that the energy kind of lifts up and higher

and higher and higher and you’re getting that good energy back to you as well so it’s all good

we’ve all been in that kind of situation where we may have felt a little lower and someone said

something like just something stop light and that’s just lifted you up a little bit and it’s
36:44
and it’s obviously going to work both ways so it’s such a such a wonderful thought that we could all

be sort of that positive vibe and give off that positive vibe i really like absolutely because

absolutely because in this day and age with everything that’s going on right now

um people need that you know people people need that positivity people need that i think now

is the best time to start these routines these rituals it’s the best time with everything

going on in the world from the corona from the anxiety from job losses salary cuts the

you know the what’s going on in the world with uh you know uh with racism i just think this is a

really good time to just you know sit back and and take care of you take care of you it’s important

to take care of yourself and to love yourself and create practices and cultivate practices of

self-love you know yeah i absolutely agree in a way that this has really woken the world up

this sort of whole early 2020 situations and of course and i’d like to see and i personally like

to see it in like a positive way and hope that this is us all moving forward into something

a lot more positive in terms of the whole world we’ll be moving into a more positive space

yes absolutely i i really think that things will shift more positively people are becoming more

woke um there’s a very high level of consciousness and um things are going to be a lot better soon
